  Mger Michelle very big on holding unto customers money. Store systems needs to be updated. Most clients can go to any store and use their card (used for original purchase) to bring up purchased items, if reciept is not in hand. Yet, this store chooses to not invest in the system allowing them to find receipts from past purchase. This is, lf I was to believe the Mgrs story.. Its more likely they just dont want or care to honor or return purchases beyond their 14 days window. Not a place I will be returning. Should store offered store credit I wouldn't mind. Not even this. Absolutely no consideration or value for customers spending money there. Great appreciation for my business Mandee.
